Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a lovely experience. The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the free parking and the fact that it was located just by the motorway, which made it easy to travel around. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us.

The walls were really thin and we could hear everything from the hallways and other rooms, which made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was quite basic with limited options, and the juices were too watered down.

The check-in staff were very nice and upgraded us to a beautiful suite. Delicious espresso and amazing croissants for breakfast. Convenient location near the autostrada and plenty of parking. Dog-friendly.

It's also close to the autostrada and within easy access to the highway exit. it's only a short distance to the town center of Reggio Emilia. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the staff provide good service. Breakfast came with pastries and cold cuts.

The cleanliness and neatness of the hotel impressed us, and the staff were highly accommodating, even allowing us to change rooms when we encountered a cigarette smell. The price and value for money were excellent, making it a great choice for travelers.
